Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (or the company you sign up for) and Ambid Technologies, LLC (“we,” “us”), the maker of Launch OS. By creating an account or using Launch OS, including Launch OS Agents, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your team members do. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
2. Free trial
The Launch OS Agents free trial covers five client meetings and needs no credit card. We may change or end the free trial offer at any time. When the trial ends, you can move to a paid plan to keep using Launch OS Agents.
3. Paid plans
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly unless stated otherwise, at the prices shown when you buy. AI usage may be measured in credits that come with your plan, with more available to buy. Unless the law says otherwise, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We’ll give you notice before changing prices on an existing plan.
4. Your content
You own the meetings, files and information you put into Launch OS, and the drafts and other work it produces for you. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service to you. We do not use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to use your content, and for getting any consent the law requires before recording or uploading a meeting.
5. AI-generated work
Launch OS uses AI to draft summaries, emails, ads, pages and other work. AI can make mistakes. Please review everything before you publish or send it. You are responsible for how you use the output.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, using Launch OS;
- send spam or deceptive marketing, or upload malware;
- try to access other customers’ data, or probe, overload or disrupt the service;
- resell or copy the service, or use it to build a competing product.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Launch OS running and improving, but we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using Launch OS at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or don’t pay. After your account closes, you can ask us to delete your content.
9. Disclaimers and limits
Launch OS is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know. Using Launch OS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
