Launch OS Agents
AI agent for marketing teams
With Launch OS, your agents sit in on your client meetings. About thirty minutes after the call ends, the work is already drafted — the emails, the social posts, the ad copy, even the standard operating procedures — written in that client's voice.
You don't prompt anything. You don't build anything.
Your agents go to work the moment your call ends.

If you've caught yourself thinking any of this
"I've got a tool for every task, and I'm still doing all the work."
copy → paste → explain → fix → repeat
It's nine at night and you're moving a doc from one tab into another. You're rewriting a draft your copywriter already wrote. You're explaining the same client's background to a chatbot for the fortieth time this month.
The tools aren't the problem. Every one of them works fine on its own. What's missing is the thing that connects them… and right now, that thing is you.
The shift to agentic AI
Up until last year, every AI tool worked the same way. You prompt it, it answers. You prompt it again, it answers again.
That works fine for one task but falls apart when the job has many steps.
Then in 2025, something changed. AI can now work on its own in the background without being asked at every step. This is Agentic AI.
How it works
You don't open an app. You don't paste in a transcript. You don't write a prompt. You just have the meeting you were going to have anyway.
STEP 1 / 6
Bring in the transcript from the meeting tool you already use. That is the only step.
STEP 2 / 6
Your agents work out what was actually decided on that call — not just what was said.
STEP 3 / 6
The action items become real tasks on your Launch OS board — written out, assigned and dated.
STEP 4 / 6
A copywriter, a strategist, a researcher, a social producer, a designer and a funnel builder. They don't take turns. All six work the meeting at once.
STEP 5 / 6
Written in your client's voice — the way that client actually talks, not the way AI talks.
STEP 6 / 6
The work shows up where your team already is. Nothing new for anyone to check.
Drafts, action items, and key decisions are summarized together.
Launch OS posts the update as soon as the work is ready.
Your team sees everything in Slack, where they already work.
The time you get back
There's the brief to write, then the drafts to produce, then somebody has to review the whole lot before it ships. Add that up and it's ten to fifteen hours of your week, every week, spent turning conversations into deliverables.

1 Client Meeting
So did I!
Generic AI gives you a thirty-percent draft and calls it finished. Here's why yours come back different.
120 years of direct-response copywriting, going all the way back to the greats.
275,000 real campaigns that run on Launch OS. Every one shipped to a real audience and got real results.
They pick up how that client talks, the phrases they lean on, and the words they'd never use.
Before anything reaches you, your agents score their own draft, rewrite what's weak, and go again until it clears the bar.
Your team reviews. Nobody starts from a blank page.

Learning over time
Every meeting your agents sit in on gets added to what they know about that client. Calls, notes, decisions, and feedback all build a richer understanding over time.
When someone on your team fixes something in a draft, your agents notice. They learn from the edit, so next time they get it closer without you having to say a word.
At first, drafts come back around seventy percent ready. By month six that's up to around ninety. By month twelve your agents know that client so well you're mostly reviewing, not directing.
Privacy & control
Your data is private, secure, and never used to train any model. You stay in control, always.
Their own space, their own voice, their own files. Nothing crosses between them.
Your meetings and drafts belong to you. We never use your data to train any model ever.
Every task logged. Every draft attributed. It's all on the board. There's no magic box you're being asked to trust.
Why I built Launch OS
Every client call landed a pile of work on somebody's desk, and more often than not that desk was mine. The brief, the first drafts, the pass before anything shipped — it all funnelled back through me after everyone else had logged off.
I knew I was the bottleneck. I just couldn't work out how to step out of the way without the quality dropping… and I wasn't willing to let that happen.
So I built this for my own agency first. I tracked it week by week.
My team didn't just get more time — they got better, because now they review work instead of starting from a blank page.
— Kyle Graham, founder
Those tools give you a transcript and a summary. That is where they stop. Launch OS starts there — it reads what was decided, turns every decision into a task on your board, and puts six agents to work producing the actual deliverables the call asked for. You get the work, not the notes about the work.
No. Keep the meeting tool you already use. Bring the transcript into Launch OS and your agents take it from there. Tasks and drafts live on your Launch OS board, and updates can come to you in Slack.
Your agents score their own work before it reaches you and rewrite anything weak. When somebody on your team edits a draft, the agents learn from that edit, so each month the drafts need fewer changes.
Your agents need a transcript. Most meeting tools already make one, so just bring it into Launch OS.
Setup takes minutes, and the first drafts arrive about thirty minutes after your transcript arrives. Give it five client meetings and your agents will have enough context on that client to stop needing corrections.
Start free with five meetings and no credit card. Plans start at $35 per user per month, and you're never charged without choosing a plan first.
By the fifth one, your agents have enough context on that client.
The voice stops needing corrections. The drafts stop needing rewrites.
Five meetings is really all it takes to know whether this works for you.
