Launch OS is made by Ambid Technologies, LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit launchos.com, sign up for or use Launch OS (including Launch OS Agents), and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, company name and the details you enter during setup.
Meeting content: recordings, transcripts, notes and files you or your team send to Launch OS, and the summaries, tasks and drafts our AI produces from them.
Business content: information about your company, your clients, your brand voice and your customers that you add to your workspace.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and how you use our website and app, collected through cookies and similar tools (including Google Analytics and the Meta pixel).
Payment information: if you buy a paid plan, our payment processor handles your card details. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

To run Launch OS: process your meetings, create summaries, tasks and draft work, and show them in your workspace.
To support you, send account and service messages, and improve the product.
To measure and improve our marketing, including our ads.
To process payments and meet legal obligations.

3. AI processing, and what we don’t do

Launch OS uses AI models from third-party providers (such as Anthropic) to read your meeting content and produce drafts. Your content is sent to these providers only to do that work for you. We do not use your meetings, drafts or business content to train any AI model, and we do not allow our providers to do so.

Each workspace is kept separate. Your content is not shown to other customers, and one client’s material in your workspace is not mixed into another’s.

4. Recording consent

If you record meetings, you are responsible for getting any consent the law requires from everyone on the call before recording, and for telling participants that the recording may be processed by AI.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Launch OS (hosting, email delivery, AI processing, analytics and payments), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Security and retention

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. We keep your content while your account is active. If you close your account, you can ask us to delete your content and we will do so within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or limit how we use it. You can turn off cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as well. To make a request, email us at the address below.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
